Fort Bend Custom Pools, LLC is a family owned and operated custom in ground, gunite swimming pool builder.
We serve the Greater Houston area with new pools and pool renovation services including the following areas: West Houston, Katy, Fulshear, Richmond, Sugarland, Missouri City, and Cypress. We have experience building pools for families in Sealy, Schulenberg and New Ulm. We have the finest group of trade contractors who perform various stages of construction to our high standards.
Building an in-ground gunite pool is truly a major construction project. Most buyers are living in the house so work is going on right outside your windows. We sincerely want this to be a pleasure not a nightmare. We outline each step in our Construction Information Guide. Each step follows a pre-scheduled, critical path to produce a high quality product, in a timely manner with daily communication to you the buyer. Your designer is your project manager so nothing is lost in translation.

Transfer of Ownership

From experience we realize that a great deal of your satisfaction with us and your new custom pool, will be in our ability to complete the little things at the end. Prior to any final payment we conduct a thorough walkthrough of the project with you. We will correct any areas of concern that you have prior to moving forward with the completion. Additionally we are committed to spend quality time with you once the pool is filled to go through our comprehensive "pool school" and orient you to the easy maintenance routine for your pool. 

Peace of Mind

Your best warranty is the one you never use. Our quality in-ground gunite pool construction methods combined with superior Pentair equipment give you years of trouble free service. Pentair offers a three year parts and labor warranty.

THE BEST WARRANTY IS THE ONE YOU NEVER USE...

The most important area of concern regarding your new pool warranty is the interior finish. If you are looking for a plaster pool we are not your builder. We have been a leading promoter in the Houston area of aggregate interior finishes since 2004. We proudly offer Wet Edge Technologies Premium interior finishes. The work is done by a local licensed applicator that stands behind the work. For quick response to any issue the company representative for Wet Edge lives in the Houston area. All Fort Bend Wet Edge installations come with a minimum of 10 years and up to 15 years workmanship and materials warranty.

Fort Bend Custom Pools designs and builds custom swimming pools that are cost effective, reflect the highest levels of safety for you, your family and guests, and are LOW MAINTENANCE to give you the time to enjoy the pool instead of clean it.

We have been selected from hundreds of pool builders in Houston to be in select group of only a handful of in ground gunite pool builders authorized to install the Paramount's flagship product the PCC 2000 In Floor Cleaning & Circulation System.

PCC 2000 is a cleaning and circulation system custom engineered for your swimming pool here in Houston. It will clean your pool using pop-up spray nozzles that your pool builder installs during construction. The system is designed to clean the spa, pool steps and benches, tanning shelves, fountains and walls.
